Replacing the Display Panel



1. Follow the instructions in Before You Begin.



2. Guide the display cable through the slot on the chassis.



3. Align the screw holes on the display panel with the screw holes on the chassis.



4. Replace the four screws that secure the display panel to the chassis.



5. Follow the instructions from step 5 to step 12 in Replacing the Display Bezel.



6. Connect your computer and all attached devices to electrical outlets, and turn them on.



Removing the Display Cable



1. Follow the instructions in Before You Begin.



2. Remove the display panel (see Removing the Display Panel).



3. Turn the display panel over.



4. Pull the pull-tab to disconnect the display cable from the connector on the display panel.

NOTE: The number of screws that secure the display panel to the chassis may vary.

CAUTION: Before turning on the computer, replace all screws and ensure that no stray screws remain inside the computer. Failure to do so may

result in damage to the computer.
