Removing an Expansion Card

l Up to five 32-bit, 33-MHz PCI expansion cards.
l One 32-bit AGP card. The expansion slot supports AGP 4x or 2x Pro50 modes operating at 1.5 V.

Removing an Expansion Card
1. Turn off the computer and devices, disconnect them from their electrical outlets, wait at least 5 seconds, and then remove the computer cover.
2. Lay the computer on its right side.
3. Remove the AGP card brace.
If you have an AGP card clip, disconnect any cables attached to the card and press the AGP card clip lever toward the expansion-card cage.

CAUTION: Before you perform this procedure, see "Precautionary Measures."
NOTICE: Before disconnecting a device from the computer or removing a component from the system board, verify that the standby power light on the system
board has turned off. To locate this light, see "System Board Components."
NOTE: Do not remove the video card retention clip from the expansion card slot.
