Removing the Camera

1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Remove the keyboard.

4. Remove the access panel.

5. Remove the display assembly.

6. Remove the display bezel.

7. Disconnect the cable from the camera module.

8. Remove the screws that secure the camera to the display assembly.

9. Lift the camera module up to remove it from the display assembly.

Replacing the Camera

To replace the camera, perform the above steps in reverse order.
