32 Memory Module(s)

CAUTION: If the memory module cover is difficult to close, remove the module

and reinstall it. Forcing the cover to close may damage your computer.

Align the tabs on the memory module cover with the slots on the

computer base and place the module cover in position.

Replace the screw that secures the memory module cover to the computer

base.

Replace the battery (see "Replacing the Battery" on page 14).

Turn on the computer.

As the computer boots, it detects the additional memory and automatically

updates the system configuration information.

To confirm the amount of memory installed in the computer, click Start


