The Sentry Software support team may ask you to provide log files to better diagnose the nature of a
problem when you need help on a specific matter. These log files can be obtained by executing the
Log Grabber from the BCO console:
1. Access the BCO Console.
2. In the Administration tab, click System > Maintenance.
3. Open the Maintenance Activities tab.
4. Click to execute the Log Grabber.
5. Click Next.
