This does not include the BMC firmware setup

time.

Default value is the time in seconds for BMC

firmware to boot and ready to accept and perform

Power On command.

5 2 Specify the maximum power on delay in seconds,

when AC is restored. The number must be greater

than Minimum Power On Delay.

Default value is the Minimum Power On Delay

+1 second.
