Keyboard problem
Problems Possible causes Possible solutions
Keyboard does not
work.
The keyboard is not
connected to the
tablet.
Ensure that your tablet
is properly connected to
the keyboard, and both
keyboard backlight and Caps
Lock light are illuminated.

A Bluetooth
connection between
the keyboard and your
tablet has not been
established.
1 Ensure that Bluetooth
on your tablet is turned
on. See “Turning on/off
Bluetooth” .
2 Follow the proper pairing
instruction to pair your
tablet with the keyboard
again. See “Pairing a
keyboard with your
tablet”.
Keyboard does not
respond or responds
intermittently.
The tablet is starting
up.
Wait a few minutes and
try again. If the issue
is unresolved, pair the
keyboard with your tablet
again. See “Pairing a
keyboard with your tablet”.
