Print User Settings (Delete User)
Purpose:
To delete the user entries registered on the Edit Print User Registration page. The following items are in the dialog box that appears when you click the
Delete User button on the Edit Print User Registration page.

Tray Settings
Use the Tray Settings menu to set the paper size and type of paper loaded in the trays.

Back to Contents Page
Displays the password associated with the user name in asterisks, or allows you to enter a password for the new entry.
Enter the password again to confirm.
Specifies whether to permit only monochrome printing or both color and monochrome printing.
Upper Limit for Color Print
Sets the maximum number of color pages the user is permitted to print.
Cumulative Color Page Count
Displays the total number of color pages printed to date.
Upper Limit for Monochrome
Print
Sets the maximum number of monochrome pages the user is permitted to print.
Cumulative Monochrome Page
Count
Displays the total number of monochrome pages printed to date.
Press this button to apply new settings.
Press this button to restore the previous settings.
Press this button to return to the Edit Print User Registration page.
Displays the selected user registration number.
Displays the name of the user registered under the user registration number.
Press this button to apply the new settings.
Press this button to return to the Edit Print User Registration page.
Sets the type of paper loaded in the standard 250-sheet tray.
Sets the size of paper loaded in the standard 250-sheet tray.
Sets the length of custom size paper loaded in the standard 250-sheet tray.
Sets the width of custom size paper loaded in the standard 250-sheet tray.
Sets the type of paper loaded in the optional 250-sheet feeder.
Sets the size of paper loaded in the optional 250-sheet feeder.
Sets whether to display a popup message that prompts to set the paper size and type when paper is loaded in the standard 250-
sheet tray and optional 250-sheet feeder.
